How to withdraw your consent

Emponix services may be featured in third party promotions and it is their responsibility to withdraw your details from future transmissions that they may issue should you wish to withdraw your consent. For example a third party company may send an email transmission to their email list, within which you are included. If you do not wish to receive any further information from THEM , then you will need to use their unsubscribe system. However, by withdrawing consent from THEM will not withdraw consent from Emponix, this you will need to do as described in the paragraph above.

All disputes arising out of or relating to the membership are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
